NEW CALL: Forever Always Recipe Scrap with Sonia Bowers

The time has come again...I am the cook for this one girls....been holding on to this layout....it was one I completed at the 12 hour crop and it contains the challenge Sonia latest criteria.....but it is a simple one.
4 x landscape 4x6 photos that can be trimmed down slightly on the 4 inch side.
1 x Cardstock (background)
1 x A 11 inch square of Cardstock or patterned paper not too busy
1 x B 12 inch x 1 1/2 inch patterned paper
1 x C 11 x 4inch border edge Patterned Paper - I have used this 1 x scrap of co-ordinating paper to cut out an arrow from - or use a chipboard arrow - large size.
12 inch piece of ricrac
Alpha stickers medium size
Alpha stickers tiny size
3 small rubons or stickers or a mix of both that suit.
chipboard numbers (as i have a number in my title)

NEW CALL: Roll 2 Create DT Call
We're expanding and are looking to expand our design team too.
We are looking to add a paper scrapper and 2 digital/hybrid scrappers to our team.
We do not require our design team to be exclusive.

NEW CALL: GCD Studios Open Design Team Call

With excitement we are happy to announce our first and official design team search.
Scrapbooking is all about being creative, capturing memories, and having fun!
When it comes to our design team we feel that our members should do just that; "Be Creative, capture memories, and HAVE FUN"!
Here is what we are looking for!
You've got to love the product!

We have 10 new beautiful lines from this winter's CHA '09.
Bring your personality to the team. We love drama free, fun, and outgoing gals.
Ability to work fast, if needed.
Around show times we might need extra work done and working fast is a plus :)
Assignments need to be turned in on time.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, then we would love to hear from you.
This is what you'll need to turn in:
A short paragraph about yourself explaining why you want to be on the team
2-3 projects of your best work
A link to your gallery and blog
List of any teams you are right now
Your contact information
Each month the DT members will be asked to create 4 items from our 10 new collections.
We are looking for 8 girls to shine on our team.

2 Altered item gals
Please keep in mind that we are reserving 3 spots for new "up & coming" crafters.
This means that these spots will be reserved for unpublished gals to be welcomed on our team. We find great joy in finding new talent!
So even if you feel that you're not ready to submit to design team calls, here is your chance! Remember to please keep file size under 400KB in the email and send your application to email@example.com
International applications will be accepted.
Open call will close on March 28th (at Midnight) and the 8 new DT members will be announced in a fun new way starting on Monday, April 6th.

NEW CALL: ScrapThat! Design Team Call

Scrap That! is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about scrapbook and paper crafting to become members of our design team.
We are looking for committed team members who are willing to share their talent for a minimum of 6 months to help us showcase product offered by our company.
Responsibilites will include creating innovative and unique scrapbook layouts and cards to display in our layout gallery and to include in our monthly newsletter.
Each project submitted must include a materials list and step by step instructions for the projects.
Scrap That! will provide a "kit" of products for your use each month.
[Any personal items used in the projects are appreciated but are included at your own expense].
Interested artists willing to make a commitment from April to September 2009 may apply by submitting the following:
1) 4-5 layouts, card or altered projects [jpeg format please 500kto500k]
2) Send a short Scrapbook/Paper Artist bio with an email address, full contact information. Mention how long you've been crafting and what your creative journey has been.
3) Include any online gallery links and/or blogs you have.

NEW CALL: Purple Cows Design Team Call

Purple Cows, the “udderly remarkable” manufacturer of trimmers, laminators and creative tools is having a Design Team (DT) Round up!
We have decided to ask YOU the consumers to join us and submit your innovative projects, creative design concepts for consideration. We will be selecting eleven of you be on our “udderly remarkable” Design Team!
No matter if you own all of our tools, or you have never even seen one, we want your submissions. We are looking for fresh and vibrant Designers who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and use a little creative elbow grease! If you are interested in becoming part of our Design Team, please read the contest rules below. Please follow these rules as we will be unable to consider submissions that do not follow the required format.
1.You DO NOT have to purchase a Purple Cows product to enter this contest.
2.We would like your projects to use Purple Cows, but we won’t let it get in the way of choosing you if your projects rock!
3.You have until 11:59 pm March 31, 2009 for us to receive your email or “Pony Express” mail entries (for Pony Express submissions, the address is listed below).
4.Your entries do not have to be new for this entry, just of great quality. We will announce the winners on April 17, 2009!
5.Please choose the category(s) below that you want to submit projects for. More is better! We want you to show us your creative talents! Don’t be bashful, if you want, you may submit something for every category.
NOTE: You must include the project instructions for at least one of your entries.
Since projects that are submitted will be available to crafters of all skill levels, it is very important that the designer be able to articulate in writing the instructions to complete the project.
a)Scrapbook Layouts – Provide Three layouts (a layout can be one or two pages). These can be any size layouts, but they must have photos (please make sure you have the rights to publish the photos).
b)Décor Project - This can be organizational or purely decorative, just as long as you made it.
c)“Off the Page” Craft - This category is a free for all. You may choose to use any medium, or mixed media combination. ATCs, fabric crafts, jewelry, the sky is the limit. Show us your creative style to its fullest!
d)Greeting Cards – Provide three cards, any style or type.
e)Mini Album - This album any be any size you choose, any type, but it must contain photos (please make sure you have the rights to publish the photos).
f)Other – We know that there are a lot of creative people out there. If there is a design category that we did not list, that’s OK. We want you to submit your unique project too. Just tell us the category and submit! We LOVE new creative ideas that you can create with a trimmer and/or laminator! Come-on, we dare you to surprise us!
6.Please send the name of each project, and a photo of each item submitted (if you are emailing your submission, please make the photo a high quality jpeg). Make sure each “name” of your photo contains the project name.).
7.Please also include a photo of just you and a short bio of 100 words or less (if you win, we will want something to post about you right away on all our blogs and Purple Cows website)! Included with your entry, we will need your full contact information, including daytime telephone number.

What you get if you selected to the Purple Cows Design Team:
•You will receive Purple Cows products to use in your designs.
•From time to time, you will receive additional product to use in your designs. We have some great partners in the industry that are very generous with our Design Team members.
•You will be published all over the place, and have new opportunities to show off your fabulous talents to the rest of the world!
•You get paid for your accepted projects! ($25.00-$75.00 per item)
Design Team Requirements:
•Project Request - Watch for our email requests for new, specific designs, and respond with a submission. These requests will come out once a month. We will provide you with a reasonable amount of time (3-4 weeks) to create your project.
•Submission – All project proposals must be submitted electronically. The submission must include hi-res photo(s) and our submission form.
•Accepted Projects – If you project is accepted you will be notified by email. You will then need to mail your finished project and instructions to Purple Cows. Any accepted project becomes the property of Purple Cows and cannot be used by the designer without written permission from Purple Cows.
•Fun – Having fun with our tools, and share them with your friends so they know how great our products are is what it is all about!•Forms – Purple Cows will provide all required forms to you via email.
