I'm extending an invitation to all you scrappers and card-makers out there to apply for my fourth term Design Team!! Previous DT members can also apply! I am looking for some scrapbookers and cardmakers to join me here at my Just My Sketches blog as a Layout Design Team member or a Card Design Team member.

Every month on the 1st and 15th I offer a new layout and a card sketch to my readers. Your duty would be to complete either a scrapbook page or card (depending on what DT you are on) to showcase along with my sketches,using a song as inspiration. You will be required to do 2 a month, and that's it!

Sorry, but I can't compensate you with anything :o( BUT I will promote your blog on my blog, and highlight YOU twice a month on my blog.

For anyone who is interested, simply email me (deanneburton@eastlink.ca) a link to your blog or a gallery where I can see your creations. Also, write a short paragraph as to why you would like to be on the design team and what music means to you, how it makes you feel and how it inspires you.

Please email me with this address if you are interested in the layout OR card team. Please specify in the email.

This call will end on JAN 23rd and I will announce my team on JAN 25th.The position starts FEB 1st, 2010 and runs until the end of JUNE 2010. (5 month term)

NEW CALL: Creative Prompts 4U Design Team Call

Creative Prompts 4u is a new challenge blog with tons of inspiration to share!
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creating and inspiring others. If you are not afraid to think outside of the box, let loose and have fun getting creative with your projects -- WE WANT YOU!

Design Team Requirements:
Creative Prompts 4u is seeking 2-4 designers who are interested in working with a team to create a variety of projects such as layouts, cards, &/or altered art.
There is a 6 month time commitment effective Feb 1, 2010 through July 31, 2010.
Design Team members must have an active blog and are willing to promote Creative Prompts 4u on any online galleries/forums you participate.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of challenges for the blog.
You will create projects based on challenges created by all individuals on the Design Team.
Send in your "assignments" in a timely manner.

NEW CALL: Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker Design Team Call

We are happy to announce that we are looking for TWO talented people to join our design team!!! If you think you could be one of them, then please show us what you can do! Is your forte' altered items, cards or layouts? We want to see them. Give us some examples of your best work. We would "love" for you to use Nikki's products, but we realize Nikki's still new to the industry - not every one is carrying her products yet. However, after CHA in January they will not be able to resist adding her products to their stores!

Ok, on with the show. Here is what we would like from you: blog address, a list of publications, design teams you are on or have been on and some examples of your work. Don't worry. We are looking for talent and for people we feel fit in with Nikki's products. You do not need to be published or on a design team.

You will receive compensation for work that is published. We also ask that you promote your work for us a various websites, your blog and Facebook.

We also realize this is the holiday season. Life can get a little hectic. Then there might be some of you hurrying to get projects done for CHA as well. Keeping that in mind, we are giving you until January 25th to get your submission to us. We will be announcing our two new design team members on January 31st. This will be a short term, as we are filling up two vacant spots. Your term will be from February to May, which is a four month term. This is when the current team's term ends as well. In May we will be posting a new call.

Domestic and International submissions will be accepted.

NEW CALL: Such Sweet Tierney DT Call

Do you love bold color? Do you like using non traditional products in your art making/scrapbooking? Do you want to be on a trend setting design team?

If you answered yes to all of the above questions, then YOU could be a Such Sweet Tierney design team member! Such Sweet Tierney is looking for funky, colorful scrappers to incorporate new and bold embellishments in their art.

Who is eligible to apply?
Anyone! Even international folks can apply.
What do you have to do to apply?
Email to suchsweettierney@gmail.com pictures of 3 layouts, altered items, mini albums, or anything scrap related. At least one of the submissions must incorporate buttons in a trendy and stylistic manner. Please keep your files below 1000 pixels wide or tall.

Send the following information in your email along with the photos:
* Name, address, email address, and phone number
* List design teams you are currently on or were on in the past
* If you have a blog, send a link to it
* A brief bio (5 sentences or less)
Submit all of this stuff to suchsweettierney@gmail.com before 10 p.m Pacific
Standard Time on January 25th. The winners for the design team will be notified by Feb 1st. If you are selected, please respond with your acceptance by Feb. 5th.

What do you have to do if you are selected?
You will get to play with cool embellishments and buttons for FREE!
You will be required to incorporate the product sent to you in at least three different scrap-licious items each month (This can include altered and mini album projects). You will need to credit/tag product under suchsweettierney when posting in galleries such as Sistv, two peas, etc. and in any publications featuring our product on your work. Product will be sent out on the 10th of each month (earlier for intl.) and you will need to submit at least one creation via email by the last day of the month, the rest by the 10th. You will be featured on the blog: http://www.suchsweettierney.blogspot.com/ You will also be responsible for uploading your projects to the flickr pool!

NEW CALL: The Scrappiest Sketch Blog DT Call

Its that time again! We're looking for a new group of talented design team members to represent the scrappiest in us all on The Scrappiest sketch blog. This call is for a 6 month term and its open to anyone from anywhere. Design team members are required to complete at least 3 layouts a month using my sketches.

1. Send in 2 of your favorite layouts you have created. (does not have to be new)
2. A short paragraph telling me why you would make a great design team member.
3. A link to your online gallery and/or blog.

There is no compensation for this position but this is a great way for you to get some experience and recognition as well as getting some layouts done. (What could be better than doing what you love, right?)
