love! Your task this month is to create a stamped project using bleach.

NEW CALL: Write. Click. Scrapbook.

Launching: Monday, June 8, 2009

The team at Write. Click. Scrapbook. is proud to announce their new website dedicated to the advancement of meaningful, guilt-free scrapbooking with a focus on storytelling, photography, and design. The 29 member team consists of former editors and designers from Simple Scrapbooks magazine and hails from throughout the United States, Canada, and even France. The venture is an independent entity and not associated with CK Media or its partners. According to co-founders Tina Cockburn, Marnie Flores, and Elizabeth Dillow, the website will consist of two main elements: a monthly themed gallery of layouts from its members and a blog dedicated to all things scrapbooking, hosted on a rotating basis by all its members. As the site develops, it will grow to include reader challenges, sponsor giveaways, and guest interviews from industry experts.

Readers are invited to visit www.writeclickscrapbook.com, subscribe to the site's feed through Bloglines, Google Reader, or other favorite feed manager, and participate through comments, suggestions, and future challenges. The team is eager and excited to create a new community for scrapbookers everywhere!


NEW CALL: 52 Sketches 52 Weeks DT Call

Deadline: Tuesday, June 9, 2009

Do you love using sketches to jump-start your layouts? 52 Sketches 52 Weeks, a rapidly growing sketch challenge site & online community, is seeking 6 - 8 design team members for a term lasting from June 28th, 2009 to October 4th, 2009 (although new DT members will not technically be starting until June 28th, if chosen, you will be receiving your first 2 sketches on June 12th & they will be due to me by June 26th)

The Responsibilities:
* Create 2 layouts each month (you will be given these approximately 2 weeks prior to their due date)
* Meet deadlines for submitting layouts
* Provide 2 mini tutorials (topic of your choice) during your term to be shared with our members in our forum. As stated this is a "mini" tutorial - something quick & fun to share for added inspiration.
* Participate ACTIVELY and REGULARLY in our online community (www.52sketches52weeks.ning.com ) by commenting on layouts, welcoming new members, and participating in our forum.

The Perks:
* The opportunity to be part of this fun, friendly, up & coming sketch site & community.
* A design team blinkie to add to your blog & your signature (where allowed).
* A few scrappy goodies will be mailed out to design team members at the end of each completed month for all your hard work.

How to Apply:
All you need to do is choose one of our 2009 sketches and give us your take on it. All sketches can be found in our online community (www.52sketches52weeks.ning.com). International scrappers are welcome to apply. We are searching for all types of scrappy styles on our team - the most important thing is to be creative!!

Please include in your application the following items:
* Name
* Address
* Email Address
* Link to your blog and/or online gallery
* List of DTs you are currently on (if any) - this will not affect our decision, just purely for our interest
* Your sample layout & the sketch number it is based from

NEW CALL: Christmas Cards All Year Round Blog - Design Team Call

Deadline: Wednesday, June 10, 2009

If you'd like to be considered for our Christmas Card Design Team, please create 2 Christmas cards (No!!!!! Really!!!!!!!!!!!) taking inspiration from the blog header and colors that can be found here- christmascardsallyearround.blogspot.com ! Easy as that!

I'll choose 4-6 people and they will be our Design Team for a 6 month term. (starting in JULY) There are no kits for you to play with, there are no discounts at a store (because I HAVE no store,sorry! hehe!), there are no other obligations other than create a CHRISTMAS card based on the challenge that Tamara or I send you.

There'll only be one card challenge a month(unless we decide to have a special celebration for some reason, but you will NOT be obligated to participate). So, that's 6 cards a TERM to create for the monthly card reveals.

Oh, but if you'd like to be entered into the monthly draws that I will be having, you will have to complete 5, yep 5, cards each month to qualify. If you prefer NOT to enter the monthly contest, then its ONE card a month for 6 months!

EMAIL me your newly created Christmas card (done especially for this challenge) if you'd like to try for the DT. Please have your card in by JUNE 10th WEDNESDAY and I will announce the new members on JUNE 13th SATURDAY.

This call is open to everyone, in ANY part of the world!
