You will receive two Fun Fairy Packs (similar to the ones displayed) a month and all we ask in return is that you use the packs to create wonderful layouts and help us around here on the forum by participating in chats, challenges and cyber crops.. NEW CALL: Skrapnchat - Design Team Member Call

We are looking for one full time Design Team member to join in on helping with our monthly challenges, our on going crops and of course the day to day chatter that seems to happen around these parts. The call for a DT member will run through to October 20th. All members, including past and current guest design team members, are encouraged to apply.
Being on the SkrapNChat DT is fun, but you need to be aware of the time commitment too. We ask that you
1) Are active as a member
2) Provide a monthly challenge (with example) at the beginning of each month
3) Able to co-host quarterly on line crops
4) Provide support to the members with help / suggestions
5) Come up with new / different techniques and share with the members on a regular basis

WHAT ANOTHER SCRAPPY CHALLENGE BLOG?!
That is right!! I love challenge blogs because it makes me get out of my box {crafting routine and box of scrafting supplies} and get projects done!!
If you want to be challenged to:
--get layouts done
--organize your crafting space
--make gifts with your supplies
--and get your projects done
then this is the challenge blog for you.
I will be picking a CREATIVE TEAM to assist me in:
--promoting the blog
--making demos for the challenges
--and preparing tutorials
The CREATIVE TEAM will:
-consist of 6 designers
-be responsible to complete one challenge assignment per month
-prepare one challenge or tutorial per term
-promote the blog
The CREATIVE TEAM term will run 11/15/2009 until 02/28/2010
At this time I wont be able to offer prizes or compensation packages but you will be given a CT button for your blog and experience for your scrappy resume.
I will be accepting applications through 10/20/09 and the team will be announced 10/25/09.

We are looking for several designers for each category! So, when applying, please let us know which category you would be interested in designing for & if you would be interested in that category's Team Leader position. Team Leaders will be responsible for creating their categories challenge & one example layout. Each Design Team Member will be required to create at least one layout per month.
To apply please send a link to your blog and/or main gallery to: tysgram@tampabay.rr.com . Also, please send a jpg of 1 {only 1 please!} layout that best represents your style along with your full name & email address. Submissions will be accepted until October 22nd, 2009. Team will be announced no later than October 26th, 2009.
Right now there is no compensation for designing for Ch{all}enge Masters except the bragging rights ;-) plus to share, inspire & scrap!!!
