This is the last Forever Always Retreat for 2009.
Why not treat yourself before the rush and craziness of Christmas, to a few days of uninterrupted scrapping pleasure !

Location:
Glengarry, situated on the edge of Ku-ring-gai National park in Sydney’s leafy suburb of North Turramurra. This is easily accessible by car, bus, and train.
Pick ups from stations and depots can be arranged.
Private Room or Dorm style, 3 nights accommodation including meals, which I must say not only leave you full, but also leave your mouth watering. I can say from my experience that our chef (hey mum) knows how to put together an awesome meal.
This is definitely not a RESORT but after having attended a couple of Resort Style Weekend Retreats, I can honestly say your not in your room long enough to justify the price. As for the beds they are dorm style but new, very clean and comfortable, once again I am speaking from experience.
It's not a boot camp, so there is no set tasks other than the daily challenges (which are there to inspire great creativity, and its your choice to join in) it's simply a great weekend to have time out for yourself and meet fellow scrappers. No feeling GUILTY for making a MESS, no having to pack up at the end of the NIGHT, you just put your tools down and crawl into bed. Literally!
Although if you wish to take a break, there is plenty of outside seating in the sun for reading, or all that wonderful bushland just begging to be walked through and photographed. Remember it is your time do as you please.
We have even got a lay-by system for those of you that need the incentive to put some money aside to spend on you and some perfect "ME" time that as mums we all deserve!

NEW CALL: Young Scrap Birds DT Call
Would you like to be on our design team??
Young Scrap Birds are looking for 2-3 members to join our design team for a 6 month term!
We are looking for NEW and fresh faces, so if you haven't be apart of a design team before, this could be your lucky break! Don't feel that you may not be good enough. Just give it a go...
Your responsibilities will include:
-Sample layout for one of our monthly challenges and help in choosing a winner
-Responsible for getting involved in and becoming an active member of our forum
-Leaving comments and words of encouragement in our gallery
-Participating in any cybercrops or activities
How to apply:
- must be part of generation y (that is born in the 80's or 90's)
- 3 of your recent layouts that showcase your scrapbooking style
- Description of your style- Short paragraph about yourself, and why you'd like to work with young scrap birds
- How long have you been scrapping?
- A photo of yourself
- Links to your blog or/and gallery
- Details of current or previous design team experience (if any)
