NEW CALL: Scrapchat Cybercrop

Scrapchat is hosting it annual month long cybercrop this month which kicks off this coming Friday 6th March.

Our Cybercrop is run a little differently to most forums, having 4 challenges spread out over 4 weekends. That means 4 times the fun and more time to get the challenges done.

Each Friday night in March we will have chatting in our chatroom starting at around 7.00 PM Queensland time followed by a game that will have a fantastic prize donated by Scrap N Craft With T. We usually post our challenge by 8.00 PM Queensland time so this means an early night for everyone.

So come along and join in the fun, hope to see you there.


NEW CALL: ScrapMojo Design Team Call

Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2009

These rules are set up so that the challenge blog will run as smoothly as possible!
If you do not think that you will be able to adhere to these guidelines, please feel free to opt out of the design team call.
We do not want to pressure anyone into doing something they are not comfortable with, but we feel that these rules will help keep us all on track.
We are looking for 2-4 talented lovely ladies to join us on this adventure we call ScrapMojo.
It has grown so much and would love to have a few more Mojo girls to get everyones Mojo flowin.
Is one of them you?
You never know till you try out.
Submit one page from any of our past challenges by March 20th 2009 and we will select 2-4 lucky girls to join our talented team!
It can be a past page or something you just made.
Make sure to include the challenge nbr with your entry.

So what are you waiting for lets see your mojo. (Call open to everyone!)
Here are some guidelines.
1. Have your own blog and regularly post on it. Make sure you include a link to Scrapmojo on it.
2. Be active on at least 1-2 message boards. Promote the blog in your signature.
3. Anyone that contributes a layout to the current challenge needs to have feedback from someone on the DT - even if it is just to say, “Thanks for participating!”.
4. YOU MUST BE COMMITTED AND INVOLVED in this blog for ultimate results! We cannot just have 2-3 people committed to the blog and doing all the work.
EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE IN IT!
5. If you have a question about anything, please direct your questions to Marie.
6. You need to be able/willing to participate in EVERY challenge.
You cannot just pick and choose which ones you want to participate in.
Some challenges may not be your thing and you may think they are stupid.
But you MUST have a game face and participate!
Make it your own thing...it is possible!
We understand that there will be things that come along that may make it impossible for you to post in time/or even participate.
We understand those things. However, if it is always down to the line, and you are once again, having "issues", you may be asked to step down from the DT.
7. BE FRIENDLY!! Remember the Golden Rule - “Treat others as you want to be treated.” .

NEW CALL: Scrapbook Express Design Team Call

Deadline: Saturday, March 21, 2009

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, talented and creative individuals to join the Scrapbook Express Design Team. As a Diva you will receive a $30.00 stipend per month plus product we want to feature during the month. You'll have the opportunity to run monthly contests, create challenges and participate daily on the forum and gallery. As a Diva you'll also receive a 20% discount in the SE store!
International applications are welcome but must agree to pay half of the shipping and handling expenses.

Diva Requirements:
6 month term.Divas are responsible for 3 layouts and 3 cards/ projects per month.
Projects need to contain at least 80% of product we carry, or have used ink/tools that we carry to make the project.
Items used from the store are required to be link within your gallery description so general computer skills and knowledge of how the gallery works is necessary.
Must maintain a consistent and daily presence in our discussion forums and in our gallery. Consistent is defined as at least 6 days a week, unless extenuating circumstances occur.
Divas will be responsible for newsletter articles, collaboration with other Divas on monthly contests, online-crops and weekly challenges during the term.
When considering whether you would like to apply for the DT position, please think about the amount of time that will be required to fulfill your DT requirements. Upon joining the team, you are asked to sign a contract.
If there is a breach of contract, Scrapbook Express has the right to assess a fine.

To apply for the position:
Submit a layout AND card using this exclusive PageMaps sketch as well as an additional layout, card and altered project of your choice.
In total you will upload 5 projects for the call.
Entries need to be posted in the "2009 Design Team Contest" section of the gallery.
Please use products that we carry in the store. Remember, as a Diva you will be showcasing product we sell in the store so, good quality scans and/or pictures are important and will be taken into consideration.
